Off-Season Coaching

Limited to International and Summer breaks, Off-season Coaching offers a more intensive but shorter term service for you. This can be done Online, Privately or as a Hybrid Package.

Adult Off-Season

An 8-Week Program, looking at developing physical qualities to get back into

Pre-Season in the best possible shape. Off-Season comes with choices, are you going to waste that time or are you going to be proactive and make it worthwhile.

Goalkeeper Off-Season

An 8-Week Program to develop Goalkeeper Specific physical qualities to make sure you go back prepared and having an edge above other goalies. Goalkeeper is a very demanding and competitive position so this program is designed to give you an edge.

Youth Off-Season

The summer is a great time for Youth athletes to develop basic strength and movement foundations. This program is designed specifically for players between the age of

16-18 to develop foundemental physical qualities and progress within the game.

WHAT DO WE OFFER?

There are different packages and services to help you improve as much as possible over the summer break, here are the most common:

  • GYM SESSIONS_ In-Gym Training to ensure physical gains and developments specific to your needs are made.

  • PITCH SESSIONS_ Improve sport specific abilities and transfer gym gains on to the pitch.

  • OFF-SEASON PROGRAMS_ 8 Weeks of training to work on fundamental physical qualities to make sure you improve as an athlete and prepare for the season ahead.
