About Me.

I am Noe Vendrells, a Performance Coach and a sports entuthiast. At the age of 13 I left it all behind to move from my homeland (Solsona, Spain) to London, and I would be lying if I say that this was not the biggest challenge I’ve ever had! But London taught me that there are no limits in life because I went from not speaking the language to being fluent in it, from watching football superstars on the TV to training them in the gym.

Sport is and has always been my life, my way of communication, the way I had to make new friends, my scape from reality and it made me always feel I was part of something, that I was a key piece in the puzzle and this, for a 13 year old who was starting a new life, was the key to success. The years went by and I realised that I wanted to dedicate my life to sports, the reason that kept me going through all these years, I wanted to become a Performance Coach. And, after 10 years of struggling, adapting and growing, I became one. Now, helping athletes reach their full physical potential, working with mostly football players, from Premier League superstars to amateur Sunday league stars as well as many other athletes from different sports, has become my day to day.

All that I have overcome, all the experience that I gained through all these years and all the athletes that I had the pleasure to work with, made me realise the importance of physical and mental preparation for sport no matter the level. My ultimate goal is to help you reach your full potential, to be a small part in what could be a great journey as an athlete and leave my little mark on helping you achieve great things!
