The Performance Training Programs have been designed to improve performance and allow players of any level and financial background to access my services and training like my professional clients train, following my philosophy and believes to enhance performance.

Apart from any individual 1 time payment programs, you will have an option to join a monthly subscription, 3 different programs to choose from, STRENGTH Based Program, GENERAL ATHLETICISM Based Program and SPEED Based Program, each working on something different, targeting different physical qualities. This will make it easier for you to pick a specific program, to work on the qualities you feel you need the most, to improve your game and dominate your opponents.
